Why:  The best price for the best possible taste. It can’t be beat on a lazy weekend late morning.  

What: Either the Heuvos Rancheros Verdes (see photo below) or if you’re in the mood for Pan Frances Torrejas (french toast), no one makes it better in New York. For $16, the brunch special includes a frozen margarita or a bloody mary, a plate of fruit, tea or coffee. And if you aren’t interested in those dishes, they have an extensive menu, on which you can be certain everything is going to be very good.
